From The Baltimore Sun in Maryland to the Bangor Daily News in Maine, I have been working as a professional photojournalist for over seventeen years. I received my Bachelor of Arts in photojournalism from Western Kentucky University, Bowling Green, KY in 1995.
In 2003, I began expanding out from newspaper photography to pursue my interest in wedding photography and lifestyle portrait photography.
I specialize in documentary style wedding photography. My photojournalistic approach brings a unique view to each wedding. I believe that as a documentary wedding photographer, my photographs should reflect the uniqueness of your day. I capture the details, the emotions, and the moments that tell your wedding story.
This style carries into my portriat photography as well. I love taking beautiful pictures that reflect personality and emotion. I shoot on-location to suit your style and taste and create most of my photographs in natural settings, using natural light . This helps to create images that are not only beautiful, but also capture something special about you. Whether you'd like a family portrait or artistic photographs that capture the beauty and femininity of a mother-to-be , I promise you will love the results.
